Arthur Bowen
Director/Investment Manager
Mr. Bowen is a graduate of Roxbury Latin School, Princeton University and Boston University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts and maintains offices in New York City and Boston, with a focus on corporation law and financial and estate planning. He is also general counsel to and director of many closely-held businesses and charities. He is the current director of and general counsel to the International Nutrition Foundation, affiliated with Tufts University Medical School. He has been a trustee of the Roxbury Latin School and is a past president of the Princeton Alumni Association of New England and member of the planned giving committee of Trinity Church-Boston.

Kenneth A. Landgaard
Director/Portfolio Administrator
Mr. Landgaard holds a degree from North Dakota State University in business administration and marketing. He has more than 10 years experience in providing administrative services to various business enterprises including real estate development and life settlement industry companies. Mr. Landgaard has designed and implemented a system for administration of Life Settlement Policies. He lead a team for the oversight of the general administration of settlements, acquisition of the contracts, valuation of the contracts being purchased and portfolio management once acquired. Mr. Landgaard has a track record of good acquisitions along with strong relationships in the industry. Responsibilities to the fund will be the oversight of the Administration fund, acquisition of the assets and portfolio management. Mr. Landgaard built the proprietary software management system. The Fund will employ this system. Mr. Landgaard will be responsible for all aspects of the Investment Advisor’s management of the Fund’s portfolio of policies, including: assistance in policy pricing, both for purchase and sale by the Fund; managing the policy acquisition process; on-line archiving of each policy and related documentation such as trust instruments; supervision of policy premium payment and oversight requirements; monitoring personal and medical data of each insured. In the past 18 months he has managed policies in the face amount of 800 million dollars. He is a consultant to multiple investment groups in the general field of life settlements. Mr. Landgaard is an owner and/or director of a number of other businesses, including undeveloped land acquisition. He is also involved in the organization of youth soccer programs.

James Rusty Miller
Director
Mr. Miller is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Business Administration. He is a former Certified Public Accountant with twelve years combined for the public accounting firm KPMG and a private, self-owned accounting practice. Mr. Miller has eighteen years of experience in strategic planning, executive management, financing, and corporate restructuring, for various early-stage companies in advanced technologies, software development, telecommunications, highly automated manufacturing, and international air/ocean logistics services. Mr. Miller was raised in Dallas, TX, married over thirty years, and has three children.

SEI
Service Provider
In order to make this investment the safest for both the Investors and the Investment Manager, all investments will be independently administered. The Fund’s Investment Manager will work with SEI, (http://www.seic.com/enUS/index.htm) the Fund’s Administrator, which will have sole authority to access the Fund’s bank accounts. Therefore, the Investment Manager will not be able to access the Fund’s accounts at any time. The Administrator will provide all investor information about wire transfers, documents and any distributions from the Fund. The Administrator will also be responsible for review of the Fund’s Net Asset Value (NAV) on an ongoing basis.
